Swedish (sometimes called European massage)  focuses on manipulating muscle tissue, using strokes, movements and pressure to help the muscles to relax, to improve blood and lymph circulation, to give greater mobility of muscles and joints and to assist in the repair of injuries.

Deep-Tissue  This type of  massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas.

Pre-natal/Pregnancy
Safe, nurturing massage techniques are adapted to each stage of pregnancy. This tranquil massage will aalleviate pressure on the joints, reduce swelling in the legs, relieve lower back pain and aid the body during this special time of transformation in a woman's life.

Shiatsu  is founded on the traditional Chinese medicine meridian system, aiming to improve muscle conditon as well as promote the healthy flow of energy. Techniques include finger pressure, kneading, and gentle stretching.

Trigger Point Therapy
is a method that applies concentrated finger pressure to trigger points to break cycles of spasm and pain. A trigger point is an irritated area in muscle fibers that when compressed may elicit pain or a twitching response.

Active Isolated Stretching  is gentle and active, meaning you initiate a stretch, with the therapist guiding you and assisting to take you progressively slightly further with each repetition of the stretch

Chair Massage  while the client sits clothed in a massage chair, the therapist massages the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Very effective for
