Swedish Massage   (sometimes called European massage)  focuses on manipulating muscle tissue, using strokes, movements and pressure to help the muscles to relax, to improve blood and lymph circulation, to give greater mobility of muscles and joints and to assist in the repair of injuries.

Deep-Tissue 
This type of  massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas.

Pre-natal/Pregnancy   Safe, nurturing massage techniques are adapted to each stage of pregnancy. This tranquil massage will aalleviate pressure on the joints, reduce swelling in the legs, relieve lower back pain and aid the body during this special time of transformation in a woman's life.

Aromatherapy Massage 
Pure essential oils will take you on a scentual journey while Swedish massage techniques will relax the body, improve circulation and reduce stress. This is the perfect introduction to massage therapy.


Reflexology 
utilizes reflex points of the feet and hands that correspond to every muscle, nerve, organ gland and bone in the body by pressing on those points.  As a result blockages and toxins are released.

Amma  is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on the flow of vital life energy. Using physical pressure and manipulation, the therapist evaluates and modulates the energy flow to attain a state of balance.

Shiatsu  is founded on the traditional Chinese medicine meridian system, aiming to improve muscle conditon as well as promote the healthy flow of energy. Techniques include finger pressure, kneading, and gentle stretching.


Acupressure
  is a traditional Chinese technique of applying finger pressure to specific points along acupuncture meridians to promote healing and alleviate fatigue.

Trigger Point Therapy  is a method that applies concentrated finger pressure to trigger points to break cycles of spasm and pain. A trigger point is an irritated area in muscle fibers that when compressed may elicit pain or a twitching response.

Active Isolated Stretching  is gentle and active, meaning you initiate a stretch, with the therapist guiding you and assisting to take you progressively slightly further with each repetition of the stretch

Chair Massage  while the client sits clothed in a massage chair, the therapist massages the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands.


Hot Stone Massage 
Experience a relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy. Smooth, polished basalt stones are heated and incorporated into the massage. The perfect treatment to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress and ease tension
